The price for it is not bad with shipping. What I didn't like is that it's such a tiny cutting. Not even enough to cut up if it starts to decline.

Yes, it seems most of their little hoya plants are like that. Its a long way to travel from too. It's a chance one has to decide wheather to take or not.
