My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, it's a functional landline desk phone with old-fashioned appearance.

The question remains, what are the features? For example:

    --Pulse/tone switchable?

    - Volume controls for both ringer and receiver?

    - Last number redial?

    -Center medallion button for redial?

    - Fully modular (works with any normal phone line)?

    - FCC/ETL approved?

    - 6 month manufacturer's warranty included?
