Good eye, Sarah! One of our Style Board members just installed something very similar in her home remodel from Anderson called Muir’s Park Hardwood in Bridal Veil. This collection is sanded, painted white and then individually sanded by hand to allow the natural beauty and character of the wood to peek through the paint along some edges and where embellishments occur naturally in the wood.

If you are specifically seeking a Shaw Floors hardwood, we recommend the Castlewood Oak Collection. Its colors are visually rich with the beautiful knots, mineral streaks, and natural splits seen in heirloom woods. Heightening its appeal is a very low-gloss finish, which may call to mind vintage European oil-rubbed floors.

We hope you appreciate these hardwood recommendations in your search for something similar to the inspirational photo you shared. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Would Tapestry or Chatelaine from the Shaw Castlewood Oak Collection be the variation closest to what is pictured here?

Alyssa – Both of those options have a warm gold under tone, but Chatelaine is likely the closest out of those two. We would suggest looking at Tower 524 which is also in our Castlewood Oak collection as it likely a closer match for the pictured product.

@shaw Floors I’m also shopping for the same look but can’t find a good match, I ordered box of Expression Lyric and it has red/pink undertone. Any recommendations for more erarthish undertone floor?

@shaw floors, how would you characterize the tapestry vs chatelaine vs renaissance from your Castlewood oak collection? I too am trying to find a close match to that pictured here!
