I think a dark countertop would look so classy in your space. Maybe a black quartz that has a few specs of gray and white?

I would go with a warm grey to pull in the Calacutta if you want to add more color. If you want to stay light and bright I would go with a white, with a granular texture so as to not compete with the pattern in the Calacutta. Take a look at:

Cambria - Summerhill

can't you do something similar for the countertops? (BTW, it's Calacatta).

If not, maybe the gray idea. either a warm like was mentioned, or even a charcoal tone. I would bring home a few samples and see how they look.

Did you have an idea you want for the backsplash? that will need to be considered when choosing the countertop.

Thank Beth! Yes, I had an idea for backsplash once countertop was confirmed. A simple subway tile in the grey - this kitchen is similar than mine other than the floor tile is darker. I have been considering keeping it light and going with something like Pietra by Silestone. What do you think?

Thank you NFI. We are using Cambria Summerhill in the Jack and Jill but now that you mention it, it looks very similar the Pietra by Silestone I'm looking at except the Pietra has more cram than grey. What do you think?

You are welcome! I don't have a sample of the Pietra here in my showroom, but it looks to be more of a marble texture, kind of greige with charcoal veining. I think it would definitely work in your space. Just make sure to go see your slab in person!
