How to lower a shower head

We had these handheld Kohler shower heads installed in two bathrooms and it is really high and aims to the back shower wall. I'm trying to find a simple way to make this more usable. I am trying to avoid installing one of those slide bars because I don't want to drill through the tile. Any thoughts on something that might work as a simple fix. Thanks!

I'm tall so I'm always trying to raise things. Might want to check to see if Kohler makes a longer shower arm - but that might only get you an inch or two. You can get a wall mounted holder for the hand held and leave the hose attached as it is, but that will require drilling through the tile also.

Usually there is an adjustment/swivel coupling at the "knuckle" where the handheld shower rests. It looks like yours has a swivel there and could be pointed down a bit more.

Fly4fun - yes it does. The problem is the hose is stiff and pushes against the wall causing it to face up.
