Electrolux Induction Range

Recently purchased an Electrolux EI30IF40LSC induction range. The factory seems to have a number of quality control issues:
1) Missing at least five screws in the rear panel.
2) Two locations for screws have stripped plastic threads.
3) Cover plate not correctly installed in rear panel, with one tab not inserted into its slot.
4) A large glob of adhesive on the front oven door trim adjacent to the window.
5) Front trim not properly attached to the warming drawer frame.
Other issues with this purchase:
1) NO warmer drawer rack (as described in manual, pg. 31).
2) NO cooktop cleaner included (as described in manual, pg. 40).
3) NO template for anti-tip bracket installation (as described in manual, pg. 3).
4) Two screws resting in holes on R side of rear panel.
5) Bottom sheet metal between back panel and oven not in proper position (I've fixed this already).
6) Owners Manual shipped by Customer Service was for a microwave oven, not an induction range.
This is the SECOND unit received from Abt Electronics. This first shipment had a completely destroyed oven door window, with shattered glass fragments and one side of the door trim in the bottom of the carton.
My experience with Customer Support I term UNSATISFACTORY. The rep claimed that the manual I had was not the correct manual, that the "correct" manual did not say anything about cooktop cleaner being included, and that this model was not even made at the time the manual was printed. Yet, this manual has the same date that was on the manual sent with the damaged unit. Since "models" change with the change of a single character in the model number, this could be a case of "the truth" BUT NOT "the whole truth."
