My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Sometimes it takes some time for an inflo to dry up and fall off. My preference is to let it dry out and fall off without cutting it. A trick to helping it along is to bend and flex the inflo at the stem over a series of days or weeks to "loosen" it. Eventually it will break clean at the right spot.
