Comments (50)Oh my gosh this is exactly what we are doing except the nomad snow anyone have any ideas we are trying to decide between this and the Restoration Hardware Maxwell. Help please! I’m wondering if the perennial fabric on the Restoration Hardware one well wear well. We have kids and dogs. And then the Remington I’ve been reading these crazy reviews. We ordered the Pottery Barn York sofas first But I was never crazy about the color with my rug and when they contact me and said it would be another 2 1/2 months for delivery I took the opportunity to cancel. My husband is 6’4” and so he likes a deep couch. We need two of them plus 2 big leather swivel chairs. It seems all the chairs these places have are kind of many when you put them next to these big couches. I have never posted anything on Houzz but I love looking at discussions. People are so helpful. Sorry this is so long! Any help is much appreciated!...See MoreAnyone has any experience with quartzite. Please let me know.
Comments (10)OK everybody, thanks so very much!!! I am a Tasmanian devil in the kitchen so being too particular is out of the question. Seal, seal, seal sounds like a good mantra. The sink story was really scary. I'll ask my fabricator to maybe add some sort of support under the sink if possible to prevent that from ever happening. Right now we have been changing out the cabinets and I laid out some sheet rock just to have something to lay my things on and I'm thinking this, if I really wanted a particular material and it was known to stain or etch or burn but I had to have it then maybe it wouldn't be too out of the question to lay a nice sized glass piece over the areas most likely to get heavy duty action. I'm not going to do this on this project but if I was really wanting a look, that would make me feel O.K. But seriously, I can't believe how difficult this has been. Like make a decision girl! I have spent hours, probably over ten hours looking at slabs. And I've seen desperate souls much like myself out in the lanes of stone supply houses. LOL! Again thank you all and I will post the before and after once the decision is made :D...See Morepottery barn fabrics for couch
Comments (3)I don't have direct experience about Pottery Barns performance fabric, but collecting pieces of information from other people I can say it's a good type of fabric, it is quite easy to clean and it is very resistant, if you have dogs or kids it is definitely a good product to consider, it is really resistant against wear and tear. The drawback is that it is a bit too firm. I hope I helped you, if you want to know more about couches you could visit my website https://giorgiostips.com....See Moreleslief3
