I purchased an acrylic table - This has been a terrible experience. At first the table arrived with a broken
leg. Then they took quite a long time to
send a replacement leg. They finally
sent a replacement leg, but it was entirely the wrong size. How difficult can it be to provide four legs
that match? The customer service is
terrible and non-responsive. The quality
of this table is abysmal. I will NEVER
purchase anything else from the manufacturer of this acrylic table. Now after two recent requests to provide four
matching legs, I have not received a response, let alone a commitment to send
four legs for my table. Nor have I
received a refund.

I purchased a credenza and mirror from China Furniture and Arts. Their salesman, Miko, was very helpful. However, the credenza arrived with a scratch on it. Miko said there was nothing they could do, no repairman and no discount. After spending almost $2000, I felt this was a poor response and would make me think twice about purchasing additional items from them again.
