They could help you find a piece like this. (2) I have seen similar pieces to this on 1stdibs.com. (3) You could work with a carpenter to have this made -- an Ikea Besta piece would be a good piece to start with, then have a carpenter make the trim work, then attach that to the front of the Ikea Besta piece and then paint the whole piece. Having it professionally painted would be best because they can use a professional spray application (vs hand painted) and get a really even, lacquered finish.
