visit stores local to you to see what is available. if your area has privately owned lumber companies...see what brands they carry.

then start comparing prices of the brands you have local to you.

Marvin Integrity fiberglass is a quality long-lasting window available with a putty or other exterior and white or bare wood stainable interior. A 48 x 48 slider will be about 375. in a standard size. Buy once.

We like replacement windows of Katy. So far they have a great quote. We will probably also call Ultra windows as well

Many windows come with color options other then white. You need to concern with the installation job since your home is stucco like mine. I just had windows installed a year ago; and I choose the most expensive windows - Marvin Ultimates and the most expensive windows installers that the local Marvin window dealer knew. Worked out perfect! Did not get bids from anyone else. They are home builders and carpenters by profession with over 20 years experience and their dad was a home carpenter too. Cost a fortunate but had zero damage to the stucco and interior drywall. Use the same window trim too!

Get multiple quotes from local/reputable companies. Your current windows are OLD and need replacing. Even if you go with a lower quality window in today's market, you should still be getting a better window than what you have now. You don't need top of the line unless you can afford it and want it.
