My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your question. Cabinets by Design didn't provide the stone for this project so unfortunately I'm unable to give you the name of the material.

    Top of Island almost looks like there are tile joint lines. Not knowledge with tile tops (other then it's not an idea countertop material), but a great option could be Quartz - here's a similar color:

    Just FYI: I do know that the top is not tile. The island has a decorative frame detail around the outer edge, made of the same stone as the main counter.
