Will the Meyer lose leaves because of the light change?

I have 2 New Zealand lemonade trees with one weighing 30 pounds and the other weighing 200 pounds. I am placing my 30 pounder outside in the afternoon and back in at dark. The 200 pounder sits still until setout date.

Yeah I am just putting my citrus out for a few hours a day to start hardening them off for the big move. The weather here is looking like an early spring! i have lights inside so if there is a cold snap I just won't put them out. My deck radiates heat and it's always like, 10 degrees warmer there than out in the yard.
