Not sure if anyone here has used Brinno to do a time-lapse capture of their built, but I just set mine up. We are 4 days into the project (nearing completion of the demo), and I plan to stop the recording just to check out if the video playback looks ok. I have no idea if my settings are ideal.

From what I read, the battery life (assuming one shot every 10 mins, recording only during "work hours") should go for 2.5 months. To be on the safe side, I plan to stop and change batteries every 2 months. Below is the setting / schedule I'm planning on. The one thing I could use from advice on is the "frames per second" setting. I picked 30, which is the highest one (short playback but smoother video). Should I be using 20 or even 15 FPS instead?

Also, is capturing a shot every 10 mins (between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm) overkill?

The way I've got it set up now, I'll end up with a 10 min video of the entire construction process from start to finish (Feb 14 to mid December).
