My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Since I live in a town named Spring, it's always spring here! Weird warm winter... took a few pics this morning.

Already have peaches on the tree! CD is to keep critters away... Don't know if that works! Getting new fence in 2 weeks!
