What bulbs do I need?

I want to start many vegetable seeds indoors under some grow lights. I'm confused about the light bulbs I need.

At Home Depot, they did not have bulbs specific for growing plants so I purchased some daylight led bulbs at 90w and 1300 lumens. Looking around online, it looks like this won't be enough.
