Door Trim Dilemma

We have two doors that meet at a corner in the back hall of our quirky 1910 craftsman house. The deck door is approximately 2.5" lower than the door to the adjacent 1/2 bath. Looking for recommendations on how to install the trim to make this less obvious as the trim for each door will meet in the corner.
