Hi - I have about 5ft of open space next to my fridge, which is built into a maple color cabinet like the rest of my kitchen cabinets. My counter tops are beige corian. I would like to add a wine bar area in the open space. The design will be, wine fridge in the center and two cabinets on either side. My dilemma is, what color cabinetry should I go with? If I get a similar maple color will it look ok, or will it look as if I tried to match and failed? Should I keep the same Corian beige counter top? Or, should I make this area totally different, although it will be right next to the maple colored fridge cabinet?
