Well then does that mean no fruit this year? Since bees aren't even out yet how would it even spread the pollen? Of course without having to go through all the work of hand pollinating.

You WANT them to bloom now. Plenty of time for fruit ripening over the summer. Go down to Florida right now and see how many citrus are in bloom. Most of them!

Many citrus do not need to be pollinated to bear fruit. I'm not familiar with Sudachi. Look it up and see if it needs pollination. If so, you can hand-pollinate. Also, move outdoors during mild spells. The wind might even pollinate it.
