Finish and Garage Doors

I LOVE everything about this house! Can you please tell me, is the stucco finish smooth? Or is there another term for the finish? Also, are the garage doors wood/plastic and painted with Black Bean or were they ordered that way? I'm wondering if I can paint my plastic doors.
