My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there anyway I could see a sketch of the layout on the interior? I am looking for something like this for a 40 ft wide lot.

    This house was designed for a 24' wide lot; the current layout would not translate sucessfully to a 40' lot. My office would be happy to discuss the design time required to create a plan for your propert.
