Guidance needed!,
Total bathroom (5'x8') gut. Ceiling height 7.5' arcs down to 6'. Door swing cannot be changed, and pocket door not an option. New toilet sits to right of door. Current vanity (18" x 24", 1 door) poses problem for replacement sink, as we'd prefer to keep current size of bowl (15.5" x 10", x 4.75c'" deep), and offsetting faucet is not an option. Are molded resin sink tops with built in sink (as seen here) an option? if larger vanity is installed, it will compromise space to clean tub, at front. Tub area to have niche toward rear, soap dish closer to height of existing one. Physical limitations warrant ADA sink faucet with easily accessible pop up lever handle, and grab bars for tub. New (white) tub height will be only 14.5". Tub walls to be a blue shade of wavy subway tile. Floors to be porcelain 13.5" "marble". Recessed 20" x 26" med. cabinet will require very slim (only about 9" to tub tiles) sconces (prefer LED). Rest of house traditional. Can I use chrome tubular lighting on sides and at top of med cabinet, or should I remain "traditional"? Is additional recessed lighted necessary? Am not seeking to invest $5000. in bath fixtures, if possible. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you!
