You will want to make sure your "Hanger" hits a stud! Two 10p nails will do the job, as long as they hit a stud. For a more secure hanger, use a stud finder to see where the hangers need to be placed, hold the iron piece up to the marks (for the studs) Mark the iron piece, take to a local fab shop/welder have tabs with holes added to the marks so that you can screw it in directly to the studs.
