Hi, I'm considering doing the same thing as you (except with a Bosch handle on a panel ready Bosch dishwasher). Curious to know what you decided to do and how it turned out?

So most people get panel ready alliances so they blend into the rest of the kitchen. Putting on a handle that matches nothing else will ruin that illusion. I'm wondering then why you are paying up for panel ready and not just buy a regular dishwasher?

@Ellsworth-hallett: Fair question! I have a fairly small kitchen with few base cabinets. Given there's already a SS fridge, range, and OTR microwave, I wanted the dishwasher to have a cabinet face rather than be stainless steel. However, I plan to use edge/finger pulls for the hardware on my cabinets, and I am concerned that a finger pull, even a long one, would not be sufficient to open the dishwasher. Not only that, but I assume that I can't even install a finger pull over the top of the DW panel since the DW controls are on the top of the door. So that's why I was considering using the Bosch appliance pull. At least that way the DW handle would match the range and microwave handles, both of which are Bosch. Thoughts?

Just as a follow-up, I ended up doing going with the standard miele handle on the shaker cabinet front, and I really like the look.
