What are the colors of the grey and white countertops? Are they granite, quartz or something else?

The counter tops are MARBLE. Not for everyone because of the up keep but they are pretty spectacular.

Thank you for the info! Every time I fall in love with a countertop, it always turns out to be marble. Unfortunately, the upkeep, stains, etc would be too much in the kitchen :( Is the island countertop that's grey in color also marble as well?
