Designing in small spaces help!

I'm working with a living room space that is 13'8" x 11'0". the back wall has a balcony door that opens to the left. and on the right side of the room is a small corner cut out by the furnace. There is two doors on the right side, both sitting about 1/3 from the top and bottom of the room. The front of the room is the kitchen island, where I have bar stools.

Any ideas in how to fit in furniture?
