we do not manufacture this bed, I believe you have to contact Hillsdale

Hello Seungaseunga,

I have reached out to the manufacture and they have confirmed that this bed does require a box spring.

Thank you,

Home Square

Does the bed come with rails or do you need to have a bed frame to attach to the headboard and footboard? any further description of what else is needed for this bed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
