oh, there is so much more to consider, you look like you have a child. where are the schools better. is your child able to go out to play. will both or you make friends there.

over 40 years i lived in the tpa bay area, barely knew my neighbors. sent my son to an excellent school i paid for, close to work, but could not even walk to a restaurant.
