The sink doesn't need to match the appliances. In fact I think you'll need relief from black if all your appliances are black. If I were you, I would get a regular stainless steel sink and stainless steel hood.

Are you looking at an undermount sink, or are you considering apron front?

If you must have everything black, I've never heard of a black stainless steel sink. I'd imagine that finish would not hold up to pots and pans in the sink. If you want a black undermount sink, I recommend highly the Blanco Silgranite sink in the "anthracite" (black) color. It's a granite composite, tough, and easy care. The BlancoDiamond Silgranite Super Single sink is particularly nice because it has the corner drain, an advantage.

For a black hood, go to the ajmadison website, and do a search for hoods, and sort for black ones.

A bunch of companies make black rangehoods. We went with Signature Hardware's Maestro:

because it was the only one in that style I could find for under $1500.

But this is just one suggestion. There are others and other companies, depending on the style and features you want.
