The short answer is no. Sorry.

If you control light as well as temperature, like professionals do in greenhouses, you might be able to.

One thing I've read for continuous display with gladiolus is to plant them 3 weeks apart. I don't believe it works for other bulbs.

Dahlias, lilies, tuberous begonias work for summer color. Nerines and fall blooming narcissus for later.

I concur. Bulbs won't happily live the the fridge for long periods. (And you always want to be careful putting bulbs in the fridge so they aren't with fruits and vegetable that give of ethylene gas, like apples, peaches, pears, bananas, avocados, etc. as that'll stunt/kill you bulbs.)

Other bulb options for color include caladiums, callas, cannas and lycoris. This little oddity is on my need-to-try-this-year list: Bright Pink Siam "Tulip" (actually a ginger)

One of the joys of Spring bulbs is that they are just that: Spring bulbs. They are so welcome after the winter . But I wouldn't want them all year round. Following the seasons is one of the great pleasures of gardening for me.

There are bulbs that stay in the ground and bloom in the fall in your zone, just not the same ones that bloom in the spring. Sternbergia lutea, Rhodophiala bifida, Amaryllis belladonna, ...
