Do you need a down stairs bedroom ?! As makes more sense to me to have the family lounge off the dining room
Rather than another bedroom , and have the extra bedroom upstairs with the rest ?

It's because there's no family bathroom - just ensuite isn't it !

not crazy about how the main door enters into the kitchen and the bedroom door opens directly into the family room upstairs.

How about this made a few changes, but do you think there's enough space for a 3rd bedroom upstairs,actually downstairs bedroom is basically a guest room and the bathroom I wanted it to be a common one...for guest who come in...wat do you think about this plan

On the ground floor, can you flip the locations of the bedroom and living room? Seems the flow would make a lot more sense to have the LR next to the DR, rathen that have a bedroom directly off of the DR.

Who is going to live in this house? I like oneplans idea of bringing the third bedroom upstairs. you can easily make the bath on the right a shared bathroom that opens to the hallyway. or if that is the master you can make the bath on the left a passthrough so that doors open into both bedrooms. That way downstairs you can have a more formal LR + a casual TV+ play area (if there are kids..)

About Moving the bedroom upstairs was just worried for less space to hav a bedroom up where the family room is....can some one suggest me some storage lofts and pantry for kitchen some ideas please
