Contact your local agricultural authority to determine the timing and the suggested materials.

If they are newly planted, you can skip this year. The question is what will you spray for? Any particular diseases or pests.

Maybe, you could study what problems your trees have and plan to spray next year. Most young trees esp. those bearing no fruit do not need spraying yet..

The apple has CAR. or had it last season

If the CAR is bad enough to cause defoliation, use myclobutynil. The common brand name of it is Immunox by Spectracide. Follow the label. Spray after the trees are fully leafed out twice 14 days apart should work.

Spray it on cherry trees will help with cherry leave spot. A common cherry leave issue. Not sure how well it will work with peach leave curl on peaches. PLC should be treated with copper spray during a dormant stage.

Never spray in spring until after you trees are finished flowering. Spray can adversely effect area bees.

I never start spraying peach trees until they are finished flowering. This delay does not adversely effect peaches.

That's good that the spray was before before blossoms. I think the prevailing wisdom is not to spray until after they have finished blossoming and are starting to fruit.
