Another day, another post!

I promise I am trying not to overload the forum with my questions but now that I am trying to get more informed and a better gardener, every day seems to bring new issues.

First, some good news: I got a bud on my worst case tree! This is the one with the worst issues, but a bud, a bud! After 4 years of nothing! (It is a bud, right?)

Next: new and old pests. The damage on the leaves seems to be worse, and also I suspect multiple issues. Newest of these is a red dewy sap and red half shells on the leaves. Also some increased yellowing on leaves! Some clear nibbles!

You apologize, tongue in cheek I'm guessing, that ''I promise I am trying not to overload the forum with my questions but ... every day seems to bring new issues.''

Meanwhile the people over at http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/organic are asking ''What would it take to bring some life to this forum?''

Perhaps you and they could get together?

[Tempe, about 1966 or so I took a class in citrus. Fascinating. ]

It looks like something has decided your tree is a tasty snack. I don't have experience with this type of damage or pest but something I use when I treat with Neem/HO or occasionally when I folier feed my trees is Dyna-Gro's Pro-teKt, It says that it helps with building stronger cell walls in the plant and helps boost its resistance to pests and fungal infections. I have no idea how well it actually works if at all but I use it as my emulsifier instead of soap with the Neem/HO and my leaves seem like they are doing well enough. I have old pest damage from when the trees were purchased but nothing new since then. Here is the link if you want more info http://dyna-gro.com/product/pro-tekt-0-0-3/ Hopefully someone can chime in with a pest ID and treatment.

kcandmilo I thought your picture was of a dog, not a baby goat. I stand corrected with your "KID" statement
