I have an old hoya that is huge & hanging from the ceiling in a big basket. It gets filtered east sun & almost looks artificial as it is so perfect but I do see an occasional new growth at the end of one area so it looks very healthy ... & alive! It has nevered flowered!! It was a clipping from my sister's hoya & hers blooms most all the time & the fragrance is overwhelming she says. She has hers- unfortunately- also trained to cling to a wall so it is now a permanent wall feature!

What am I doing wrong?
