I have a customer that has a Fuchsia Arborescens and
need some advise. Took this yard over from previous gardening service
that did do correct pruning with a lot of the plants in the yard. Is it too late to do some thinning of the shrub or should I wait until its done blooming. I do see new growth in the middle and at the bottom of the trunk. Should I just do some selective pruning so there is more light and airflow and then after its done blooming do a more hard pruning? It just started to bloom 2-3 weeks ago. This shrub is in San Mateo, CA.
