paint color help

Trying to choose an interior paint color for our new home in CA... while living in NYC. The colors seemed much cleaner and less grey there than they do here. I'm not really into the whole grey thing. I know it is the latest trend, but not really my thing. I think I like the full spectrum CSP-965 "knitted cape" by Benjamin Moore. Do you think it is neutral or is it TAN? I don't want tan. I made sample boards and loved them in the CA light, but here in Brooklyn I don't like them as much.

The ceilings in the new house are very, very high, with sky lights, so there is TONS of natural light.

Does anyone have any experience in this matter? Advice?

Wall color is here (I would use flat): http://www.myperfectcolor.com/en/color/378979_Benjamin-Moore-CSP-965-knitted-cape#prettyPhoto/0/

And for trim (Can't decide between semi-gloss and gloss): http://www.myperfectcolor.com/en/color/4085_Benjamin-Moore-2143-70-Simply-White#prettyPhoto/0/

Thanks so much!

Elizabeth
