Cannot identify caterpillar and eggs

last modified: 9 years ago

I just went outside and looked at a small tomato plant i just planted. There was white "webbing" around a leaf, so I unraveled the leaf to find a small caterpillar inside with what looks to be brown eggs. When I googled it, the only thing I could find was information on a horn caterpillar, but this doesn't look like one. I couldnt find anything on the eggs or webbing. Can anyone identify and let me know how/if to get rid of it? Just pick the webbing and caterpillar and eggs off?

Thanks in advance.

PS this is an heirloom cherokee purple tomato plant and I live in Central Florida.
