Help identifying (pics)

A coworker left this behind when he left and i found it bone-dry. I pruned all the dried out leaves and gave it a good soak. It gets full sun by a window in the office.
1. Does anyone have any clue what it is? (I know it must be hard given most of the leaves have dried up and shrank)
2. Chances of survival? It does have green trunk/vines... :/
