Hi! Could you please tell me about the plants here? Specifically the fluffy, light green ones, the reddish, spindly ones, and the low ground stuff. All of it, actually! thanks!

Center mass yellow is gold juniper, yellow on bottom left is probably a gold sedge. Tree is a Ginkgo tree. Red spindly is barberry (please don't use...). The other whitish perennials could be a type of lambs ear.

Kate - thank you for your interest. I am the designer of this garden & can give you the correct plant names. The gold fluffy plant is one of my personal favorites & I include it in most of my work (Coleonema 'Sunset Gold') Foregraound left is Acorus gramineus 'Ogon' The red spindly is Japanese Barberry & there is absolutely nothing wrong with using it. The color is very dramatic. The trees are GIngko biloba. The grey low growing in the center is Catmint 'Walker's Low' Along the left hand side we have Miscanthus zebrinus 'Zebra Grass' and in the very back on the right side we have Cotinus.
