What perennials specifically? For all the commonly grown perennials there are any number of good sources. Most any of the reputable seed vendors also carry a supply of perennial seeds - Parks, Burpee, Harris, Swallowtail, Seedman, Jung, etc. just to name a few. For rare or unusual varieties the pickings are more slim.

Since this is more of a "where to buy" rather than "how to grow" question, why not post over on the Perennials forum here as I'd bet there are many discussions there on where to buy seeds.

Thank you for the info. I also found some older posts on here relating to suppliers. I am wanting to grow Dodecatheon, Statis tartarica, tall Phlox, Callirhoe, maybe some other oddball stuff of which I currently have only one plant and would like to increase number. I used to order from T&M UK but they were so expensive and their recent reviews aren't so good. Aniya

Well the unusual ones are more difficult to find and they tend to be more expensive. So likely you will have to order from more than one source to get them all. Eden Seeds has statice but no dodecatheon, American Meadows has Shooting Star and Callirhoe, but no statice.

Have you considered just saving seeds from the plants you have?
