A few clues, please.

Growing in sun or shade?

wet soil or on the dry side?

Grows year-round or only seasonal?

Size?

color of flower/bracts?

After all that, perhaps henbit?

If so get it out before it drops its many seeds!

I can say that it isn't Henbit. A picture of the plant in situ in better light would be helpful. As would some sense of scale.
