aluminum pressure cooker on glasstop range?

I learned to cook with a pressure cooker. I haven't used it since I got the glass cooktop. I want to use it for corned beef, it is so much more tender than stove top pan. It's also how I learned to cook corned beef. Has anyone used an aluminum pressure cooker on a glass top range? TIA.

Try the Cooking forum for a lot larger audience. This forum is pretty dead.

I used mine for canning on my glass top range. It worked, although it took a long time to get to pressure because the pot is so large. I now have a gas range and it's so much faster! But yes, I used it and it worked.
