If you put your sofa in front of the windows or on the other wall, you might get two chairs into this space. Love that rug. Gorgeous colors. I think I would look for a nice blue color for the chairs and then bring the orange/rust in with pillows. Get that before you decide on any panels. I have a feeling just the shutters would be enough in this narrow space. Drapery takes up another 6-8" of wall space which you don't have. I will look for some photos for inspiration. bbl

I would suggest a cream chair to provide nice contrast with the blue rug and then add a couple of pillows with cream backgrounds and bits of orange and blue to the sofa to lighten the look and tie all the colors together.

I would not get an orange chair. I think blue would complement your sofa better. I would match the panels to the white blinds. Room is too small to have more color on wall

I would wait until you decide on your chairs. White is probably not your best choice. Perhaps a linen color would work better with your other warm color tones.
