I started some in cell packs. They germinated within a week but are leggy. This is my first time growing them, but I will be direct sowing some as well! Why not

They won't bloom this year, they are biennials. They should form a rosette this year and then bloom next year.

Yeah, kinda bummed about that. . .I think one of my favorite things about this plant (besides the color of the flowers and the lambs-quarter-looking leaves on the slender stems) is how it kind of jumps from place to place.

Yes you gave it to me and it did GREAT!! I didn't get any fruit but had lots of flowers. I impressed the neighbors with it!!!

I kept it in a pot and brought it in, it's doing good. Will put it out before long!!
