Laurie- the ubiquitous BM revere pewter. We weren't ready for grey but we had beige. So easy transition!

I think something dark in your space would look good to also accent your crane. Something very simple like graduating vertical pieces of dark wood taller on the left smaller on the right to reflect the triangular open framework of the room to the right . Something like a large xylophone. Evenly spaced same height wood slats would also look good.Just an idea. It is beautiful as is.
