Hydroponic Basil Leaf curling

Hi, a bunch of my hydroponic basil are having their leaves curl. What is really strange is that I use NFT channels and maybe 5 in a channel of 36 have this problem. The others look fine and the ones not looking good are spread out.
I have changed out about 50% my water twice now. Added a compost tea, increased magnesium phosphate levels, and sprayed a Cal-Magic solution with micronutrients on the leaves for the last 3 days.
I have been battling my humidity since day one. It is really hard to keep it above 50%. Could that be causing the curling?
