I think it does. A reliable fluffy white flower with a unique shape. Because it's kind of generic by some measures it doesn't get a lot of praise but it's a good one to have.

I have Samoan fluff. No flowers yet but easy to root and a good, strong grower. It's my favorite white plumeria (or white with yellow center).
