My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the upgrades you made to this plan. Can you tell me if you enlarged the study or the master bedroom to add the side porch?

    You would have to speak to the Architect, Mitch Ginn about any modifications that were made to a plan. I believe the master bedroom was enlarged a little but not sure about the study. Mitch could better answer the questions for you.
