The granite was called Golden Springs. Now granite is a natural material, some vendors use different names for their granite, and some granite with the same name can look very different from slab to slab. So make sure you look at the actual slab you are buying, and work out what section of the stone will go where in your space. For example, we chose to use quieter sections of the stone on the countertop, and put that section with the big movement in the backsplash. Your designer will help with this, if you are working with one, and if not a good fabricator is your partner in the process.
