Could be sunburn. Did you harden them off gradually (progressive exposure to sunlight and wind)?

I think it is probably sunburn. I checked under the leaves and I don't see anything. We also had a cold snap where the temps were in the 30s but not freezing. But I have noticed that all new growth looks good. I am hoping it doesn't effect anything.

Definitely looks like sunburn or frost damage, I had similar damage after a freak last frost
